Take Your Fitness Career Beyond the Gym Floor!

This isn’t your average fitness role.

We’re looking for passionate fitness professionals who are ready to step up, lead from the front, and use their skills to make a real impact on both physical and mental wellbeing.

As a Health & Wellbeing Officer, you'll guide, mentor, and motivate through structured fitness, sport, and wellbeing programs that build strength, resilience, and positive mindset and lifestyle habits.

This is more than a training role — If you thrive on designing (and delivering) group training, functional fitness and cultural programs, coaching mindset shifts, and building discipline, this is your next challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design (and deliver) dynamic fitness, sport, and recreational programs
  • Engage, guide and mentor others to run structured fitness programs that build consistency, discipline, and progress
  • Deliver recreational and outdoor activities that keep people moving and engaged
  • Incorporate mental wellbeing practices – motivation, routine building, stress management, and positive habit coaching
  • Create an environment of accountability, energy, and support
  • Encourage individuals to push limits, stay committed, and achieve personal goals
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, risk awareness, and structured delivery

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re not just a trainer—you’re a motivator and leader.
  • Qualified (or working towards) in Fitness, Strength & Conditioning, Outdoor Recreation, or similar
  • Experience running group fitness, PT sessions, bootcamps, or strength programs
  • Physically fit and confident leading from the front
  • Passionate about mental wellbeing, mindset, and behaviour change
  • Strong communicator who can engage, challenge, and inspire diverse groups
  • Understands safe training practices, OH&S, risk management & program structure
  • First Aid Level 2 (desirable)
  • Team player with a positive, resilient mindset

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Combine fitness + mental wellbeing coaching
  • Step into a role with real purpose and influence
  • Lead structured programs—not just random workouts
  • Build discipline, resilience, and lasting change in others
  • Take your career beyond the gym into something meaningful and impactful

This Role Requires

  • Strong relationship-building with participants and staff
  • A commitment to safety, structure, and professionalism
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security & police clearance
