Base salary of up to $166,439 plus super + bonus + assistance with relocation expenses

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced human resources professional.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to employee and industrial relations, OHS and workers' compensation. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including providing timely advice, effective liaison, negotiation and influencing.

• Leadership, coaching and mentoring experience.

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or an associated field.
